I have seriously slacked off since the half marathon March 11th, and I've gained somewhere around five pounds; not a huge big deal, I understand, but it's something, and I want to fix it. So.
I never even try to wake up so early on Monday mornings, but starting tomorrow, because it's so hot, I'm all over it. Yuck. I'm dreading that alarm, but I really want to look and feel like I did when I was training for that half.
